Requests the Secretary-General to revise and finalize the draft model legislation for the guidance of Governments in the enactment of further legislation against racial discrimination, in the light of comments made by members of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination at its fortieth and forty-first sessions, and to publish and distribute the text as soon as possible;
١٠ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقوم بتنقيح وإنجاز مشروع التشريع النموذجي لتسترشد به الحكومات في سن المزيد من التشريعات لمناهضة التمييز العنصري، وذلك في ضوء التعليقات التي أبداها أعضاء لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري في دورتيها اﻷربعين والحادية واﻷربعين، وأن يقوم بنشر وتوزيع النص في أقرب وقت ممكن؛

The General Assembly adopted a draft model national legislation for the guidance of Governments in the enactment of further legislation against racial discrimination (see Assembly decision 48/426).
واعتمدت الجمعية العامة مشروع تشريع وطني نموذجي لكي تسترشد به الحكومات في سن تشريعات أخرى لمناهضة التمييز العنصري )انظر مقرر الجمعية العامة ٤٨/٤٢٦(.

١٠ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقوم بتنقيح وإنجاز مشروع التشريع النموذجي لتسترشد به الحكومات في سن المزيد من التشريعات لمناهضة التمييز العنصري، وذلك في ضوء التعليقات التي أبداها أعضاء لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري في دورتيها اﻷربعين والحادية واﻷربعين، وأن يقوم بنشر وتوزيع النص في أقرب وقت ممكن؛

The PRESIDENT: We turn now to the draft decision, entitled " Draft model national legislation for the guidance of Governments in the enactment of further legislation against racial discrimination, revised by the Secretariat in accordance with the comments made by the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination at its fortieth and forty-first sessions " .

The General Assembly decides to take note of the draft model national legislation for the guidance of Governments in the enactment of further legislation against racial discrimination, revised by the Secretariat in accordance with the comments made by the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination at its fortieth and forty-first session.
إن الجمعية العامة قد قررت أن تحيط علما بمشروع التشريع الوطني النموذجي لتسترشد به الحكومات في سن تشريعات أخرى لمناهضة التمييز العنصري، الذي نقحته اﻷمانة العامة وفقا للتعليقات الذي أعربت عنها لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري في دورتيها اﻷربعين والحادية واﻷربعين)٢٢(.

9. The Commission also welcomed the publication by the Centre for Human Rights, Model National Legislation for the Guidance of Governments in the enactment of Further Legislation against Racial Discrimination (HR/PUB/96/2), and invited Governments to take account of it in promulgating new laws against racial discrimination.
٩ - كما رحبت اللجنة بنشر مركز حقوق اﻹنسان ﻟ " تشريع نموذجي وطني تسترشد به الحكومات في سن المزيد من تشريعات مكافحة التمييز العنصري " (HR/PUB/96/2)، ودعت الحكومات إلى أخذه في الاعتبار عند سن قوانين جديدة لمكافحة التمييز العنصري.

The report of the Fourth Workshop on Regional Human Rights Arrangements in the Asian and Pacific Region and the Model National Legislation for the Guidance of Governments in the enactment of Further Legislation against Racial Discrimination are being printed.
ويجري في الوقت الحاضر طباعة تقرير بعنوان " حلقة العمل الرابعة عن الترتيبات اﻹقليمية لحقوق اﻹنسان في منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ " و " التشريع الوطني النموذجي لتوجيه الحكومات في سن مزيد من تشريعات مكافحة التمييز العنصري " .

6. To ratify the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and adopt a law against racism and racial discrimination in line with the pamphlet entitled Model National Legislation for the guidance of Governments in the enactment of Further Legislation against Racial Discrimination(a United Nations publication, No. HR/PUB/96/2) which has been transmitted to the government.

The Czech Government should speed up the process of passing a law to curb racial discrimination in all walks of life by following the example of the Model National Legislation for the Guidance of Governments in the enactment of Further Legislation against Racial Discrimination, prepared by the United Nations.
143- وينبغي أن تسرع الحكومة التشيكية عملية اعتماد قانون يتيح قمع التمييز العنصري في جميع قطاعات الحياة على غرار التشريع الذي وضعته الأمم المتحدة وعنوانه " تشريع وطني نموذجي لتسترشد به الحكومات في سن تشريعات أخرى لمناهضة التمييز العنصري " .

The General Assembly, on the recommendation of the Third Committee, adopted decision 48/426 of 20 December 1993 on the draft model national legislation for the guidance of Governments in the enactment of further legislation against racial discrimination, revised by the Secretariat in accordance with the comments made by the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination at its fortieth and forty-first sessions.
٣٣ - واتخذت الجمعية العامة، بناء على توصية اللجنة الثالثة المقرر ٤٨/٤٢٦ المؤرخ ٢٠ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣ المتعلق بمشروع التشريع الوطني النموذجي لتسترشد به الحكومات في سن تشريعات أخرى لمناهضة التمييز العنصري، الذي نقحته اﻷمانة العامة وفقا للتعليقات التي أعربت عنها لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري في دورتيها اﻷربعين والحادية واﻷربعين.
