Foreigners lawfully residing in the Greek territory are covered by the respective social insurance organizations and enjoy the same social insurance rights as Greek citizens, while the provisions pertaining to social protection are equally applicable to foreigners, as well as to Greek citizens.

The same applies in the case of foreigners who are holders of a work permit that was granted to them according to the procedure outlined in Law No. 2910/2001 on " Entry and stay of foreigners into the Greek territory, Acquisition of the Greek citizenship by naturalization and other provisions. "
45- وينسحب ما سبق على حالة الأجانب الذين يحملون تصاريح عمل مُنحت إليهم وفقاً للإجراءات الواردة في القانون رقم 2910/2001 بشأن " دخول الأجانب الأراضي اليونانية وإقامتهم فيها، وحصولهم على الجنسية اليونانية بالتجنُّس، وغيرها من الأحكام " .

Therefore, the Law No. 2910/2001 " Entry and Stay of Foreigners into the Greek territory, Acquisition of the Greek Nationality by Naturalization and other provisions " (Government Gazette, A Bulletin, Issue No. 91/2.5.2001) was voted by the Parliament.
وتبعا لذلك، اعتمد البرلمان القانون رقم 2910/2001 " دخول الأجانب الأراضي اليونانية وإقامتهم فيها، والحصول على الجنسية اليونانية بالتجنس وغيرها من أحكام " (الجريدة الرسمية، النشرة ألف، العدد 91/2-5-2001).
