Recalling its resolution 728 F (XXVIII) of 30 July 1959 concerning the handling of communications concerning human rights and its decision 79 (LVIII) of 6 May 1975 relating thereto,
إذ يشير إلى قراره 728 واو (د - 28) المؤرخ 30 تموز/يوليه 1959 والمتعلق بتناول البلاغات المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان، وإلى مقرره 79 (د - 58) المؤرخ 6 أيار/مايو 1975 والمتصل بذلك،

(b) To observe, in its humanitarian task, United Nations standards and practices regarding the handling of communications and the consideration of Government replies;
(ب) أن يتقيد، في سياق مهمته الإنسانية، بمعايير الأمم المتحدة وممارساتها فيما يتعلق بتناول البلاغات والنظر في ردود الحكومات؛

5. Reminds the Working Group of the need to observe, in its humanitarian task, United Nations standards and practices regarding the handling of communications and the consideration of government replies;

(a) Provisions relating to the duties and responsibilities of the Secretary-General, it being understood that in respect of the handling of communications and government replies relating thereto the duties and responsibilities are as follows:
(أ) الأحكام المتصلة بواجبات الأمين العام ومسؤولياته، علماً بأن الواجبات والمسؤوليات المتعلقة بمعالجة البلاغات والردود الحكومية عليها هي على النحو التالي:

(a) Provisions relating to the duties and responsibilities of the Secretary-General, it being understood that in respect of the handling of communications and government replies relating thereto the duties and responsibilities are as follows:
