The Higher Military Court in the Federal District, rejected the appeal of the defense, and accepted the appeal of the Military Prosecution Service, having sentenced the defendant to 25 years in prison and rejected the thesis of self-defense of the honor claimed by the defense.
ورفضت المحكمة العسكرية العليا في منطقة العاصمة الاتحادية استئناف الدفاع، وقبلت استئناف دائرة الادعاء العسكري، وحكمت على المدعى عليه بالسجن لمدة 25 عاماً ورفضت نظرية الدفاع عن الشرف التي دفع بها الدفاع.

33. The creation of judicial councils as bodies of self-government of courts at regional courts, the Higher Military Court and the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic acting as advisory bodies to the presidents of these courts in the performance of State administration tasks has undoubtedly contributed to the strengthening of the principle of independence and impartiality.
33- ولا شك في أن إنشاء المجالس القضائية كهيئات إدارة ذاتية للمحاكم على المستوى الإقليمي والمحكمة العسكرية العليا والمحكمة العليا للجمهورية السلوفاكية، والتي تعمل كهيئات استشارية لرؤساء هذه المحاكم في أداء مهام إدارة الدولة، قد ساهم في تعزيز مبدأ استقلال القضاء ونزاهتهم.

(d) Ensure that children under the age of 18 who are admitted to cadet schools and Higher Military institutes are not subjected to military discipline;
