(i) Adopting regulations prohibiting the opening of accounts whose holder or beneficiary is unidentified or unidentifiable, including anonymous accounts or accounts under obviously fictitious names;

The information to be included in the STR would comprise information on the person conducting the transaction, information on the account holder or beneficiary of the transaction, details of the transaction, and a description of the suspicious transaction.
