ولكن بغية إزالة أي شك فيما يتعلق بمدى تطبيق هذه القوانين وآثارها، يكرر المقرر الخاص أن وضع مراقبين لحقوق اﻹنسان في جميع أرجاء البلد سيشكل وسيلة يُعوﱠل عليها لتحديد الحقائق دون شك معقول.

(u) That, considering the exceptional gravity of the situation of human rights in Iraq, the Government of Iraq agree to the stationing of human rights monitors throughout the country;
