10. The Committee welcomes the State party's development of its National Plan of Action for Child Well-being, which aims to increase the Government's capacity to implement the Convention, and the establishment of the National Inter-sectorial Working Group (IWG) for Child Well-being to oversee the implementation and monitoring of the Convention.
