OHCHR is UNODC's partner in implementing programme activities related to the rule of law and terrorism.

The view was expressed that the report was prepared in response to concerns raised during the discussion of the Committee for Programme and Coordination at its thirty-eighth session on the need to place more emphasis on qualitative analysis in future performance reports to reflect achievements in implementing programme activities.
٢٢ - وأعرب عن رأي مفاده أن التقرير أعد استجابة للشواغل التي أثيرت أثناء المناقشة التي أجرتها لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق في دورتها الثامنة والثلاثين بشأن الحاجة إلى زيادة التأكيد على التحليل النوعي لتقارير اﻷداء في المستقبل، ﻹظهار اﻹنجازات التي تحققت في تنفيذ أنشطة البرامج.
