62. In view of the lack of any reasoning or precise and relevant legal analysis regarding the guilt of each of the accused, the source requests the Working Group to find that it is clearly impossible to invoke any legal basis justifying the detention of the authors of the communication.
62- وبالنظر إلى غياب التعليل والتحليل القانوني الدقيق والمناسب بشأن إدانة كل متهم، يطلب المصدر إلى الفريق العامل أن يستنتج استحالة الاحتجاج بأساس قانوني يبرر احتجاز أصحاب البلاغ.

(a) When it is clearly impossible to invoke any legal basis justifying the deprivation of liberty (as when a person is kept in detention after the completion of his or her sentence or despite an amnesty law applicable to the detainee) (category I);
(أ) إذا اتضحت استحالة الاحتجاج بأي أساس قانوني لتبرير الحرمان من الحرية (مثل إبقاء الشخص قيد الاحتجاز بعد قضاء مدة عقوبته أو رغم صدور قانون عفو ينطبق عليه) (الفئة الأولى)؛
