States parties could therefore also initiate discussions and share materials with other government bodies that deal with the improvement of the situation of rural women and are involved in follow-up to intergovernmental processes focusing on sustainable rural development, some of which are outlined below.

وأهاب القرار أيضا بالدول الأعضاء أن تراعي الملاحظات الختامية والتوصيات الصادرة عن اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة والمتعلقة بتقاريرها إلى اللجنة، عند وضع السياسات والبرامج التي تركز على تحسين حالة المرأة الريفية.

The Assembly called upon Member States to take into consideration the concluding observations and recommendations of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women concerning their reports to the Committee when formulating policies and designing programmes focused on the improvement of the situation of rural women.
ودعت الجمعية الدول الأعضاء إلى مراعاة التعليقات الختامية والتوصيات الصادرة عن اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة والمتعلقة بتقاريرها إلى اللجنة، عند صوغ السياسات والبرامج التي تركز على تحسين حالة المرأة الريفية.

3. Requests the international community and relevant United Nations organizations and bodies to promote the realization of the programmes and projects aimed at the improvement of the situation of rural women within the overall framework of integrated follow-up to recent global conferences;
٣ - تطلب إلى المجتمع الدولي ومنظمات وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة المختصة أن تشجع على تنفيذ البرامج والمشاريع الرامية إلى تحسين حالة المرأة الريفية ضمن الاطار الشامل للمتابعة المتكاملة للمؤتمرات العالمية المعقودة مؤخرا؛

3. Requests the international community and relevant United Nations organizations and bodies to promote further the realization of the programmes and projects aimed at the improvement of the situation of rural women within the overall framework of integrated follow-up to recent global conferences;
٣ - تطلب إلى المجتمع الدولي ومنظمات وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة المختصة أن تواصل التشجيع على تنفيذ البرامج والمشاريع الرامية إلى تحسين حالة المرأة الريفية ضمن اﻹطار الشامل للمتابعة المتكاملة للمؤتمرات العالمية المعقودة مؤخرا؛

3. Requests the international community, and relevant United Nations organizations and bodies to promote the realization of the programmes and projects aimed at the improvement of the situation of rural women within the overall framework of integrated follow-up to recent global conferences;
٣ - تطلب الى المجتمع الدولي وهيئات ووكالات اﻷمم المتحدة المختصة أن تشجع على تنفيذ البرامج والمشاريع الرامية الى تحسين حالة المرأة الريفية ضمن الاطار الشامل للمتابعة المتكاملة للمؤتمرات العالمية المعقودة مؤخرا؛

60. The Republic of Korea stated that it would find it more acceptable for the deliberations on the improvement of the situation of rural women to be held in the Commission on Sustainable Development, FAO or IFAD, rather than in a separate high-level policy consultation convened at the governmental level.
60 - وأفادت جمهورية كوريا أنها تحبذ عقد المداولات بشأن تحسين حالة المرأة الريفية في إطار لجنة التنمية المستدامة، أو منظمة الأغذية والزراعة أو الصندوق الدولي للتنمية الزراعية، بدل عقد مشاورة رفيعة المستوى بشأن السياسات على الصعيد الحكومي بصورة مستقلة.

77. Governments, international organizations, including those of the United Nations system, and non-governmental organizations should use the concluding comments and recommendations of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women when formulating policies and designing programmes focused on the improvement of the situation of rural women.
77 - وينبغي للحكومات، والمنظمات الدولية، بما فيها المؤسسات التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة، والمنظمات غير الدولية أن ترجع إلى التعليقات الختامية للجنة القضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة وتوصياتها لدى صياغة السياسات ووضع البرامج الرامية إلى تحسين حالة المرأة الريفية.

56. Gender equality could not be achieved without addressing the improvement of the situation of rural women, who constituted the majority of the poor in the SADC region and were not fully involved in decision-making structures pertaining to their lives.
56 - ومضت تقول إنه لا سبيل إلى تحقيق مساواة الجنسين دون التصدي لمسألة تحسين حالة المرأة الريفية التي تُشكل أغلبية الفقراء في منطقة الجماعة الإنمائية المذكورة ولا تشارك بصورة كاملة في هياكل صنع القرارات المتصلة بحياتها.

Furthermore, the full and equal participation of women in rural institutions and decision-making and specific measures to improve the status of women are still critical to any strategy aimed at the improvement of the situation of rural women.
وعلاوة على ذلك، ما زال من اﻷهمية بمكان عند وضع أي استراتيجية لتحسين حالة المرأة الريفية ملاحظة أمور من قبيل اشتراك المرأة الكامل وعلى قدم المساواة في المؤسسات الريفية وفي صنع القرار، فضلا عن اتخاذ تدابير محددة لتحسين حالة المرأة.

2. Invites Member States to attach greater importance to the improvement of the situation of rural women in their national development strategies, paying special attention to both their practical and strategic needs, by, inter alia:
٢ - تدعو الدول اﻷعضاء الى أن تزيد من اﻷهمية المعطاة لتحسين حالة المرأة الريفية في استراتيجياتها اﻹنمائية الوطنية، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص لاحتياجاتها العملية والاستراتيجية على حد سواء عن طريق جملة أمور منها ما يلي:

2. Invites Member States to attach greater importance in their national development strategies to the improvement of the situation of rural women, paying special attention to both their practical and strategic needs, by, inter alia:
٢ - تدعو الدول اﻷعضاء الى أن تزيد ، فى إستراتيجياتها اﻹنمائية الوطنية ، من اﻷهمية المعطاة لتحسين حالة المرأة الريفية ، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص لاحتياجاتها العملية والاستراتيجية على حد سواء عن طريق جملة أمور منها ما يلي:
