وتطلب الجمعية إلى اﻷمين العام أيضا أن يدعو إلى عقــد اجتمـاع للجنة التحضيرية، وفقا للقرار واو الذي اتخــذه مؤتمـر روما، وذلك في الفتــرة من ٣١ إلى ١٣ آذار/ مارس ومن ٢١ إلى ٠٣ حزيـران/يونيـه ومن ٧٢ تشريــن الثاني/نوفمبر إلى ٨ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ٠٠٠٢، لتضطلع بالولاية المخولة بموجب ذلك القرار.

Requests the Secretary-General to convene the Preparatory Commission to meet, in accordance with resolution F adopted by the Conference,2 in order to carry out the mandate of that resolution, and, in that connection, to discuss ways to enhance the effectiveness and acceptance of the Court, from 16 to 26 February 1999, from 26 July to 13 August 1999 and from 29 November to 17 December 1999;
٤ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يدعو إلى عقد اجتماع للجنة التحضيرية، وفقا للقرار واو الذي اتخــذه المؤتمر)٢( وذلك لتنفيــذ الولاية المخولة بــذلك القرار، ولتناقش فـي هـذا الصـدد الطـرق الكفيلــة بتعزيز فعالية المحكمة ومدى قبولها، في الفترة من ١٦ إلى ٢٦ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٩، ومن ٢٦ تموز/يوليه إلى ١٣ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٩ ومن ٢٩ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر إلى ١٧ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٩؛

The Assembly would also welcome the important work accomplished by the Preparatory Commission on the completion of a great number of parts of its mandate and request the Secretary-General to reconvene the Commission, in accordance with resolution F, adopted by the Rome Conference, from 8 to 19 April and from 1 to 12 July 2002 to continue to carry out the mandate of the resolution.
كما ترحب بما قامت به اللجنة التحضيرية من عمل هام في إنجاز أجزاء كبيرة من ولايتها، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يدعو مجددا إلى عقد اجتماع اللجنة التحضيرية، وفقا للقرار واو الذي اتخذه مؤتمر روما، وذلك في الفترة من 8 إلى 18 نيسان/أبريل ومن 1 إلى 12 تموز/ يوليه 2002، لتواصل الاضطلاع بالولاية التي حددها ذلك القرار.

Noting also that the Preparatory Commission for the International Criminal Court, established in accordance with resolution F of the Final Act of the United Nations Diplomatic Conference of Plenipotentiaries on the Establishment of an International Criminal Court, held its ninth and tenth sessions from 8 to 19 April and from 1 to 12 July 2002, respectively, and thus successfully completed its mandate in accordance with that resolution,
وإذ تلاحظ أيضا أن اللجنة التحضيرية للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية، المنشأة وفقا للقرار واو من الوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الدبلوماسي للمفوضين المعني بإنشاء محكمة جنائية دولية، قد عقدت دورتيها التاسعة والعاشرة من 8 إلى 19 نيسان/أبريل ومن 1 إلى 12 تموز/يوليه 2002، على التوالي، متممة بذلك ولايتها بنجاح وفقا لذلك القرار،
