A State Party whose law so permits, in case it uses this Convention as the basis for extradition, shall not consider any of the offences established in accordance with this Convention to be a political offence.
ولا يجوز للدولة الطرف التي يسمح قانونها بذلك أن تعتبر أيا من الأفعال المجرّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية جرما سياسيا اذا ما اتخذت هذه الاتفاقية أساسا للتسليم.

Each State Party shall also consider taking such measures as may be necessary to permit its competent authorities to share that information with the competent authorities in other States Parties when necessary to investigate, claim and recover proceeds of offences established in accordance with this Convention.

5- تتعاون الدول الأطراف معا بغية تعجيل الاعتراف بالأحكام القضائية التي تقرر المسؤولية الجنائية والمدنية والإدارية في قضايا الفساد والجرائم المتصلة به وفقاً لهذه الاتفاقية.

“1. A State shall give effect to a judgement given against it in accordance with this Convention by a court of another State.
