وإذ تقر بما تقدمه النساء الريفيات المسنات من إسهامات في الأسرة والمجتمع، ولا سيما في الحالات التي تلقى فيها على عاتقهن مسؤولية رعاية الأطفال والأسرة المعيشية والأعمال الزراعية بعد أن يتركهن البالغون بقصد الهجرة أو نتيجة لعوامل اجتماعية واقتصادية أخرى،

No measures of satisfaction, symbolic recognition, rehabilitation or guarantees of non-repetition have been granted and the treatment of pecuniary damages has been very narrow, as it requires high standards of proof and fails to include future expenses, even in cases where they are foreseeable.
