The Conference of the Parties shall at its first meeting adopt appropriate guidance to be provided to the mechanism and shall agree with the entity or entities participating in the financial mechanism upon arrangements to give effect thereto.
يعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف في أول اجتماع له التوجيهات المناسبة المقرر تزويد الآلية بها، ويتفق مع الكيان أو الكيانات المشتركة في الآلية المالية على ترتيبات لإعمال تلك التوجيهات.

The decision requested the Secretariat to transmit the guidance to Parties, donors, relevant intergovernmental organizations and the entity or entities participating in the financial mechanism, for their consideration when developing and implementing their work programmes, and to report on progress in application of the guidance to each meeting of the Conference of the Parties.
وطلب المقرر من الأمانة نقل التوجيهات إلى الأطراف والجهات المانحة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية ذات الصلة والكيان أو الكيانات المشاركة في الآلية المالية للنظر فيها لدى وضعها وتنفيذها لبرامج عملها، وأن تعد تقريراً عما أُحرز من تقدم في تطبيق هذه التوجيهات إلى كل اجتماع من اجتماعات مؤتمر الأطراف.

2 - يطلب إلى الأمانة إرسال التوجيهات المتعلقة بالمساعدة التقنية إلى الأطراف، والجهات المانحة، والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية ذات الصلة، والكيان أو الكيانات المشاركة في الآلية المالية وذلك للنظر فيها عند قيامها بوضع وتنفيذ برامج عملها؛

In pertinent part, paragraph 7 of Article 13 states that " the Conference of the Parties shall at its first meeting adopt appropriate guidance to be provided to the mechanism and shall agree with the entity or entities participating in the financial mechanism upon arrangements to give effect thereto. "
2 - وتنص الفقرة 7 من المادة 13 في جزء وثيق الصلة، على أن ' ' يعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف في أول اجتماع له التوجيهات المناسبة المقرر تزويد الآلية بها، ويتفق مع الكيان أو الكيانات المشتركة في الآلية المالية على ترتيبات لإعمال تلك التوجيهات``

Invites the Council of the GEF to give effect to the inclusion of the GEF Trust Fund as part of the financial mechanism of the Minamata Convention and to recommend to the Assembly of the GEF, as a matter of urgency, that it make any adjustments to the Instrument for the Establishment of the Restructured Global Environment Facility that are necessary to allow it to fulfil its role in the financial mechanism.
يدعو مجلس مرفق البيئة العالمية إلى أن ينفذ إدراج الصندوق الاستئماني لمرفق البيئة العالمية كحزء من الآلية المالية لاتفاقية ميناماتا وأن يوصي جمعية مرفق البيئة العالمية، كمسألة عاجلة، بأن تجري أي تعديلات على صك إنشاء مرفق البيئة العالمية المعاد تشكيله تكون ضرورية للسماح له بأداء دوره في الآلية المالية.

Recalling Article 13, paragraph 7, of the Convention which stipulates that, " pursuant to the objectives of the Convention and paragraph 6 of Article 13, the Conference of the Parties shall at its first meeting adopt appropriate guidance to be provided to the mechanism and shall agree with the entity or entities participating in the financial mechanism upon arrangements to give effect thereto " ;
وإذ يشيران إلى الفقرة 7 من المادة 13 من الاتفاقية التي تنص على أنه " عملاً بأهداف هذه الاتفاقية وبالفقرة 6 من المادة 13، يعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف في أول اجتماع له التوجيهات المناسبة المقرر تزويد الآلية بها ويتفق مع الكيان أو الكيانات المشتركة في الآلية المالية على ترتيبات لإعمال تلك التوجيهات " ،

The Conference of the Parties shall at its first meeting [decide upon institutional arrangements for the mechanism, including its governance structure, operational policies, guidelines that it will follow and administrative arrangements] [adopt appropriate guidance to be provided to the mechanism and shall agree with the entity or entities participating in the financial mechanism on arrangements to give effect thereto.
