(b) To request the Secretary-General to continue to give all necessary assistance to the Special Rapporteur to enable him to discharge his mandate fully, and to approve the allocation of sufficient human and material resources for the sending of human rights monitors to such locations as would facilitate improved information flow and assessment and help in the independent verification of reports on the situation of human rights in Iraq.
(ب) أن تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل تقديم كل ما يلزم من مساعدة إلى المقرر الخاص لتمكينه من أداء ولايته كاملة، وأن يوافق على تخصيص موارد بشرية ومادية كافية من أجل إيفاد مراقبين لحقوق الإنسان إلى الأماكن التي من شأن إيفادهم إليها أن ييسر تحسين وتقييم تدفق المعلومات والمساعدة في التحقق المستقل من التقارير المتعلقة بحالة حقوق الإنسان في العراق.

11. Requests the Secretary-General, in consultation with the Special Rapporteur, to take the necessary measures in order to send human rights monitors to such locations as would facilitate improved information flows and assessment and would help in the independent verification of reports on the situation of human rights in Iraq;
١١- ترجو من اﻷمين العام أن يتخذ التدابير اللازمة، بالتشاور مع المقرر الخاص، بغية ايفاد مراقبين لحقوق اﻹنسان إلى المواقع التي من شأنها أن تيسر تحسين تدفقات المعلومات وتقييمها وأن تساعد في التحقق بطريقة مستقلة من التقارير المتعلقة بحالة حقوق اﻹنسان في العراق؛

(v) That, irrespective of the position of the Government of Iraq with regard to the stationing of human rights monitors within the country, sufficient human and material resources be provided for the sending of human rights monitors to such locations as would facilitate improved information flow and assessment and would help in the independent verification of reports on the situation of human rights in Iraq.

Expressing concern, in particular, at the fact that there are no signs of improvement in the general situation of human rights in Iraq, and, therefore, welcoming the decision to deploy a team of human rights monitors to such locations as would facilitate improved information flows and assessment and would help in the independent verification of reports on the situation of human rights in Iraq,
واذ تعرب عن قلقها، بوجه خاص، ازاء عدم وجود ما يشير الى حدوث تحسن في الحالة العامة لحقوق اﻹنسان في العراق، وترحب، لهذا السبب، بقرار وزع فريق من مراقبي حقوق اﻹنسان الى مواقع معينة مما ييسر تحسين تدفق المعلومات والتقييم ويساعد على التحقق المستقل من التقارير المقدمة بشأن حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في العراق،

(ب) أن تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل تقديم كل ما يلزم من مساعدة إلى المقرر الخاص لتمكينه من أداء ولايته بالكامل، وأن يوافق على تخصيص موارد بشرية ومادية كافية من أجل إيفاد مراقبين لحقوق الإنسان إلى الأماكن التي من شأن إيفادهم إليها أن ييسر تحسين تدفق المعلومات وتقييمها والمساعدة في التحقق المستقل من التقارير المتعلقة بحالة حقوق الإنسان في العراق.

To this end, and as provided for in Commission resolution 1995/76 (para. 12), the Special Rapporteur continued to send human rights monitors to such locations as would facilitate improved information flows and assessment and would help in the independent verification of reports on the situation of human rights in Iraq.
ولهذا الغرض، وكما طلبت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في قرارها ٥٩٩١/٦٧، )الفقرة ٢١(، واصل المقرر الخاص إيفاد مراقبين لحقوق اﻹنسان " إلى المواقع التي من شأنها أن تيسر تحسين تدفقات المعلومات وتقييمها وأن تساعد في التحقق بطريقة مستقلة من التقارير المتعلقة بحالة حقوق اﻹنسان في العراق " .

By paragraph 11 of the same resolution, the Commission on Human Rights also requested the Secretary-General, " in consultation with the Special Rapporteur, to take the necessary measures in order to send human rights monitors to such locations as would facilitate improved information flows and assessment and would help in the independent verification of reports on the situation of human rights in Iraq " .
وبموجب الفقرة ٣١ من القرار نفسه، طلبت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان أيضا إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقوم ﺑ " اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة، بالتشاور مع المقرر الخاص، بغية إيفاد مراقبين لحقوق اﻹنسان إلى المواقع التي من شأنها أن تيسر تحسين تدفقات المعلومات والتقييم وأن تساعد في التحقق بطريقة مستقلة من التقارير المتعلقة بحالة حقوق اﻹنسان في العراق " .

To this end, and as foreseen by the Commission on Human Rights (resolution 1994/74, para. 11), the Special Rapporteur continued to send human rights monitors " to such locations as would facilitate improved information flows and assessment and would help in the independent verification of reports on the situation of human rights in Iraq " as described in the following paragraphs.
