The States parties to the present protocol shall include in the reports they submit to the Committee on the Rights of the Child, in accordance with article 44 of the Convention, information on the measures that they have adopted to give effect to the present Protocol.
تضمّن الدول الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول معلومات عن التدابير التي اعتمدتها لتنفيذ هذا البروتوكول في التقارير التي تقدمها إلى اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الطفل، وفقا للمادة 44 من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل.

2 - بعد تقديم التقرير الشامل تدرج كل دولة طرف في التقارير التي تقدمها إلى لجنة حقوق الطفل، وفقاً للمادة 44 من الاتفاقية، أية معلومات إضافية في صدد تنفيذ البروتوكول.

2- بعد تقديم التقرير الشامل تدرج كل دولة طرف في التقارير التي تقدمها إلى لجنة حقوق الطفل وفقاً للمادة 44 من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل أية معلومات إضافية في صدد تنفيذ البروتوكول.

14. Invites the human rights treaty bodies, when considering reports submitted by States parties, to give particular attention to the protection of human rights in the context of HIV/AIDS, and invites States to include appropriate relevant information in the reports they submit to the relevant treaty bodies;
14- يدعو هيئات معاهدات حقوق الإنسان، عند النظر في التقارير المقدمة من الدول الأطراف، إلى إيلاء اهتمام خاص بحماية حقوق الإنسان في سياق فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الإيدز، ويدعو الدول إلى إدراج معلومات ملائمة وذات صلة في التقارير التي تقدمها إلى هيئات المعاهدات المعنية؛

11- تدعو هيئات معاهدات حقوق الإنسان إلى القيام، عند النظر في التقارير المقدمة من الدول الأطراف، بإيلاء اهتمام خاص للحقوق المتصلة بفيروس نقص المناعة البشري (الإيدز)، وتدعو الدول إلى إدراج معلومات مناسبة تتصل بفيروس نقص المناعة البشري (الإيدز)، في التقارير التي تقدمها إلى هيئات المعاهدات ذات الصلة؛

Thereafter, pursuant to article 8, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol, States parties shall include in the reports they submit to the Committee on the Rights of the Child in accordance with article 44, paragraph 1 (b), of the Convention any further information with respect to the implementation of the Optional Protocol.
