Article 7. Criminal law in respect of persons who have committed crimes in the territory of Turkmenistan

Foreign nationals who have committed crimes, or administrative or other violations of the law in the territory of Turkmenistan are equally liable under Turkmenistan law as nationals of Turkmenistan.
يُعتبر الرعايا الأجانب الذين ارتكبوا جرائم أو انتهاكات إدارية أو غيرها من الانتهاكات للقانون في إقليم تركمانستان مسؤولين بموجب قانون تركمانستان، شأنهم في ذلك شأن مواطني تركمانستان.
