Signatory Companies will only hire individuals with the requisite qualifications as defined by the applicable contract, applicable national law and industry standards, and the principles contained in this Code.

Nothing in this Code shall affect immunities of foreign persons enjoying an official status as sanctioned by public international law.

b. Restrict transportation of certain goods across the RA customs border under customs regimes defined in this Code.

In the time to come, the competent authorities of Vietnam plan to amend the Code on Criminal Procedure along the direction of including the above-mentioned provisions in this Code.

Under this principle, the State prosecutor is under a duty to undertake prosecution if there are reasonable grounds to believe a certain person has committed a criminal offence prosecuted ex officio, unless otherwise provided for in this Code.

Nothing in this Code shall be interpreted as limiting or prejudicing in any way existing or developing rules of international law.
وليس في هذه المدونة أي شيء يمكن تأويله على أنه يحد أو يمس بأي حال من الأحوال قواعد القانون الدولي السارية أو التي يجري وضعها.

E. General Commitments 16. Signatory Companies agree to operate in accordance with the principles contained in this Code.
16 - تلتزم الشركات الموقعة باحترام المبادئ المبينة في هذه المدونة في إطار الاضطلاع بأنشطتها.

Signatory Companies will require that their Personnel, and all subcontractors or other parties carrying out Security Services under Signatory Company contracts, operate in accordance with the principles contained in this Code.
وتشترط على موظفيها وجميع المتعاقدين معها من الباطن وسائر الأطراف التي تقوم بتنفيذ خدمات أمنية بموجب عقد مبرم معها، أن يتقيدوا بالمبادئ المبينة في هذه المدونة.

" Article 1976. Criminal proceedings are public and are brought by the State through the Office of the Public Prosecutor, in the cases expressly mentioned in this Code. "

In that connection the text of article 3, paragraph 3, could be amended to read: " An individual who attempts to commit one of the crimes set out in this Code is responsible therefore and is liable to punishment.

It also urges the State party to eliminate any other discrimination against women remaining in this Code.
