The Presidential Commission to Combat Discrimination and Racism against Indigenous Peoples in Guatemala (CODISRA) is responsible for the formulation and monitoring of policies and actions aimed at the Government's performance of the functions entrusted to it by the Constitution and laws with respect to the equality of citizens and the recognition and promotion of and respect for the rights of indigenous people.
