11.6 In the light of the above, the Committee considers that the information before it does not show that substantial grounds exist for believing that the authors will be personally at risk of being subject to torture if they are returned to the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
١١-٦ وفي ضوء ما ذكر أعلاه، تعتبر اللجنة أن المعلومات المعروضة عليها لا تبين وجود أسباب حقيقية للاعتقاد بأن مقدمي البلاغ سيواجهون شخصيا خطر التعرض للتعذيب إن هم عادوا إلى جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية.

14.6 The Committee considers that the information before it does not show that substantial grounds exist for believing that the author will be in danger of being subjected to torture if he is returned to Djibouti.
١٤-٦ وترى اللجنة أن المعلومات المعروضة عليها لا تقيم البينة على وجود أسباب جوهرية تدعو إلى الاعتقاد بأن صاحب البلاغ سيواجه خطر التعرض للتعذيب في حالة عودته إلى جيبوتي.

8.8 In the light of the foregoing, the Committee considers that the information before it does not show substantial grounds for believing that the author runs a personal risk of being tortured if sent back to Angola.
٨-٨ وفي ضوء ما تقدم، ترى اللجنة أن المعلومات المعروضة عليها لا تثبت وجود أسباب حقيقية تدعو إلى الاعتقاد بأن مقدم البلاغ سيواجه شخصيا خطر التعرض للتعذيب إذا عاد إلى أنغولا.

6.6 On the basis of the above considerations, the Committee considers that the information before it does not show substantial grounds for believing that the author runs a personal risk of being tortured if he is sent back to Nigeria.
٦-٦ وعلى أساس الاعتبارات الواردة أعلاه، ترى اللجنة أن المعلومات المعروضة عليها لا تبين وجود أسباب جوهرية للاعتقاد بأن مقدم البلاغ يواجه شخصيا خطر التعرض للتعذيب إن أعيد إلى نيجيريا.

Moreover, the Committee considers that the information before it does not demonstrate that the actions of the Regional Court were a determining factor in the author's conviction or that any possible irregularities that might have occurred owing to the nature of the regional courts were not subsequently rectified during the course of the trial.
ومن جهة أخرى، ترى اللجنة أن المعلومات المعروضة عليها لا تبيّن أن إجراءات المحكمة الإقليمية كانت حاسمة في إدانة صاحب البلاغ أو أن المخالفات التي قد تكون ارتُكبت بسبب طبيعة العدالة الإقليمية لم تصحَّح في مراحل الدعوى اللاحقة.
