14- إذا كانت المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرتين 12 و13 أعلاه قد قدمت ضمن مذكرات سابقة، كان على الطرف المدرج في المرفق الأول أن يُضَمِّن تقريره الوطني عن الجرد معلومات عن التغييرات التي تكون قد حدثت بالمقارنة مع ما جاء بالمعلومات الواردة في آخر مذكرة للطرف.

25- إذا كانت المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرتين 23 و24 أعلاه قد قدمت ضمن مذكرات سابقة، كان على الطرف المدرج في المرفق الأول أن يُضَمِّن تقريره الوطني عن الجرد معلومات عن التغييرات التي تكون قد حدثت بالمقارنة مع ما جاء بالمعلومات الواردة في آخر مذكرة للطرف.

19. Requests the secretariat to improve and further develop the web platform on the UNFCCC website to include the information referred to in paragraphs 11 and 12 above, and to make the information available in a simple, transparent and easily accessible manner;
19- يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تحسن المنصة الإلكترونية التي يتضمنها الموقع الشبكي للاتفاقية وتزيد تطويرها لتشمل المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرتين 11 و12 أعلاه، وتتيح المعلومات بطريقة بسيطة وشفافة ويسهل الوصول إليها؛

The information referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 above shall be submitted to the Secretariat in the process of reporting under Article 15 of the Convention, by 21 August 2014, for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its seventh ordinary meeting, and then again before every second ordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties thereafter.
3- يجب أن تقدّم المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرتين 1 و2 أعلاه الى الأمانة في عملية الإبلاغ بموجب المادة 15 من الاتفاقية، قبل حلول 21 آب/أغسطس 2014، لينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه العادي السابع، وبعد ذلك مرة قبل كل ثاني اجتماع عادي لمؤتمر الأطراف.

The information referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 above is to be provided to the Secretariat by 21 August 2014, for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its seventh ordinary meeting and every four years thereafter, before every second ordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties.
4 - يجب تقديم المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرتين 2 و3 أعلاه إلى الأمانة قبل حلول 21 آب/أغسطس 2014، لينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه العادي السابع، وفي كل أربع سنوات بعد ذلك، قبل انعقاد كل ثاني اجتماع عادي لمؤتمر الأطراف.

The Conference of the Parties, in evaluating the continued need for PFOS, its salts and PFOSF for the various acceptable purposes and specific exemptions, shall take into consideration all available information, including the information referred to in paragraphs 8 and 9 above.
10 - يجب على مؤتمر الأطراف، لدى تقييم الحاجة المستمرة إلى حامض السلفونيك البيرفلوروكتاني وأملاحه وفلوريد السلفونيل البيرفلوروكتاني لمختلف الأغراض المقبولة والإعفاءات المحدَّدة، أن يأخذ في الاعتبار جميع المعلومات المتوافرة، بما في ذلك المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرتين 8 و9 أعلاه.

The article is of general application: the procuring entity is encouraged to publish the information referred to in paragraphs (1) and (2) regardless of the type and method of procurement envisaged.
6- وهذه المادة من المواد ذات التطبيق العام: تُشجَّع الجهة المشترية على نشر المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرتين (1) و(2) بغضّ النظر عن النوع المتوخى للاشتراء وطريقته.

5. Invites parties and others to provide comments to the Secretariat on document UNEP/CHW/OEWG.8/INF/9/Rev.1, and on the use of a voluntary notification procedure on transboundary movements of used equipment destined for repair or refurbishment that is not waste, in particular regarding mobile phones, by 31 October 2012, and on the information referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 above by 15 November 2012;
5 - يدعو الأطراف والجهات الأخرى إلى تقديم تعليقاتها إلى الأمانة بشأن الوثيقة UNEP/CHW/OEWG.8/INF/9/Rev.1، وبشأن استخدام إجراء للإخطار الطوعي بشأن نقل المعدات المستعملة من غير النفايات عبر الحدود بغرض إصلاحها أو تجديدها، لا سيما ما يتعلق بالهواتف النقالة، وذلك في موعد أقصاه 31 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2012، وبشأن المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرتين 3 و4 أعلاه، في موعد أقصاه 15 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2012؛

14. In addition to the information referred to in paragraphs 12 and 13 above, the Agency has acquired information as a result of its own efforts, including publications and articles acquired through open source research, satellite imagery, the results of Agency verification activities and information provided by Iran in the context of those verification activities.
14 - وبالإضافة إلى المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرتين 12 و 13 أعلاه، حصلت الوكالة على معلومات بفضل جهودها الخاصة، وتشمل هذه المعلومات منشورات ومقالات تم الحصول عليها من خلال البحث في مصادر مفتوحة، ومن صور ملتقطة بالسواتل، ومن نتائج أنشطة التحقق التي اضطلعت بها الوكالة، والمعلومات التي وفّرتها إيران في سياق أنشطة التحقق المذكورة().
