The Assembly also called upon Member States to review immigration policies with a view to eliminating all discriminatory practices against migrants, protecting migrants against violent xenophobic acts, putting an end to arbitrary arrest and detention of migrants and ensuring full respect for and observance of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963 as well as the other international human rights instruments to which they are party.

4- تطلب إلى الدول الأعضاء التي شرعت في تنفيذ هذه التدابير أن تتقيد بمبادئ القانون الدولي، وميثاق الأمم المتحدة وإعلاناتها، والمؤتمرات العالمية، والقرارات ذات الصلة وأن تفي بالتزاماتها ومسؤولياتها الناشئة عن الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان التي هي طرف فيها بالتخلي عن هذه التدابير في أقرب وقت ممكن؛

4- يُكرِّر الدعوة التي وجّهها إلى الدول الأعضاء التي شرعت في تنفيذ هذه التدابير إلى التقيد بمبادئ القانون الدولي، وميثاق الأمم المتحدة وإعلاناتها، وإعلانات المؤتمرات العالمية والقرارات ذات الصلة، وإلى الوفاء بالتزاماتها ومسؤولياتها الناشئة عن الصكوك الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان التي هي طرف فيها، وذلك بإنهاء هذه التدابير على الفور؛

123. Request States to promote and protect effectively the human rights and fundamental freedoms of all migrants as reflected in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international human rights instruments to which they are parties; also to furnish information and education on those rights and to adopt and promote integration policies;
123- نرجو من الدول تعزيز حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية لجميع المهاجرين وحمايتها حماية فعلية، كما ينعكس ذلك في الاعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وفي صكوك حقوق الإنسان الدولية التي هي طرف فيها؛ ونطلب منها أيضا أن تقدم المعلومات وتوفّر التثقيف فيما يتصل بتلك الحقوق، واعتماد وتشجيع سياسات الاندماج؛

(a) To effectively promote and protect the human rights and fundamental freedoms of all migrants, including, in particular, the right to life, liberty and security of person, especially those of women and children, regardless of their immigration status, in conformity with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the international human rights instruments to which they are party;
(أ) أن تقوم على نحو فعال بتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية لجميع المهاجرين، بما في ذلك بوجه خاص، الحق في الحياة والحرية والأمان الشخصي، ولا سيما حقوق النساء والأطفال، بغض النظر عن وضعهم كمهاجرين، طبقاً للإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان التي هي طرف فيها؛

Reaffirming that all States are under an obligation to promote and protect the human rights and fundamental freedoms enshrined in the Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenants on Human Rights and other relevant international human rights instruments to which they are party,
