In its response dated 6 February 2007, the Government reported that in the Philippines, the displacement of individuals, families and communities is due to a number of factors: natural disasters, man-made disasters and development-related projects.

46. In its response dated 20 July 1998 to the Secretary-General, Cyprus indicated that it was not engaged in large-scale pelagic drift-net fishing either within or beyond its territorial waters.

7. The Government, in its response dated 24 June 1998, provided a clarification concerning the persons arrested on 10 March 1998.
٧- وقدمت الحكومة، في ردها المؤرخ في ٤٢ حزيران/يونيه ٨٩٩١، توضيحا بشأن اﻷشخاص الذين أُلقي القبض عليهم في ٠١ آذار/مارس ٨٩٩١.

However, in its response dated 26 March 1999 to the article 34 notification, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reduced its Claim to NLG 748,263.
بيد أن وزارة الخارجية قامت، في ردها المؤرخ 26 آذار/مارس 1999 على الإشعار المنصوص عليه في المادة 34، بتخفيض مطالبتها إلى 263 748 غيلدراً هولندياً.

The Government of Algeria provided an update of the information already submitted in its response dated 3 February 2009, which is contained in document A/HRC/10/26/Add.1.

112. In its response, dated 27 October 2005, Argor-Heraeus did not provide documentation, as requested, on its relevant refining or related services performed since 25 January 2005.

10. In its response dated 4 November 2013, the Government confirms that Mr. De Santiago Ríos was arrested on 22 February 2013 and that his mother claims that when she visited him she was informed that he had been beaten by agents of the State Investigation Agency.
10- تؤكد الحكومة في ردها المؤرخ 4 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2013 أن السيد دي سانتياغو ريوس اعتقل في 22 شباط/فبراير 2013، وتدعي والدته أنها أُبلغت لدى زيارته بأنه تعرض للضرب على أيدي أفراد وكالة التحقيقات.

In its response dated 14 January 2011, China stated that “no further information can be provided because the factory producing the weapons was closed down a long time ago”.
وفي ردها المؤرخ 14 كانون الثاني/يناير 2011، قالت الصين إنه ’’لا يمكن تقديم أي معلومات أخرى نظرا لإغلاق المصنع الذي كان ينتج هذه الأسلحة منذ زمن طويل‘‘.

7. In its response dated 19 November 2008, the Government reported that Mr. AlHattar is detained in Yemen due to his activities against law and security which have been categorized as terrorist acts.
7- وأشارت الحكومة في ردها المؤرخ 19 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2008 إلى أن السيد الهتار محتجز في اليمن بسبب أنشطته المناوئة للقانون والأمن والتي تصنَّف ضمن الأعمال الإرهابية.

13. In its response, dated 27 May 2009, the Government informed the Working Group that the factual backgrounds of this case, from investigation, arrest, detention, parole to the trial up to 1 May 2009, was as follows:

In its response, dated 19 March 2013, as contained in annex II, the secretariat pointed to some ambiguity as to how the provisions of Article 3, paragraph 7 ter, contained in section G, are to be interpreted and suggested that guidance from the CMP would be the most appropriate source of definitive interpretation.

22. In its response dated 30 June 2011 the Government challenges the Working Group's competence to hear the case at hand, given that it has also been submitted to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
22- تعترض الحكومة، في ردها المؤرخ 30 حزيران/يونيه 2011، على اختصاص الفريق العامل في تناول هذه القضية، بما أنها معروضة على لجنة البلدان الأمريكية لحقوق الإنسان.

In its response dated 12 April 2013, the Government of Barbados confirms that Mr. García was tried in Barbadian courts for crimes involving possession, importation and trafficking of cocaine.

In its response dated 29 June 1999 to the article 34 notification, the Claimant reduced its claim for these costs to US$2,439,661.
