2.3 On 28 June 2001, Mr. Khuseynov was interrogated by the Deputy Head of the DIA's Investigation Section.

On the same day, a protocol of Mr. Khuseynov's arrest of short duration was drawn up, and he was placed into temporary confinement (IVS).
