III. THE FATE OF Kuwaiti missing persons

Among other things, the Minister stated that Iraq had complied with all its obligations under relevant Security Council resolutions and that only three files remained, one being Kuwaiti missing persons and property, which, with bilateral cooperation, could be dealt with and closed.
