1 - إذا تعين انتخاب شخص واحد أو وفد واحد ولم يحصل أي مرشح في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية أصوات الممثلين الحاضرين المصوتين، يجري اقتراع ثان يقتصر على المرشحَين اللذين حصلا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات.

1. When only one elective place is to be filled and no candidate obtains in the first ballot the required majority, a second ballot restricted to the two candidates obtaining the largest number of votes shall be taken.
