(a) Considering the consequences of the conflict in Lebanon and its effects on the Lebanese population, notably in the South, the Council should promote initiatives and call for the mobilization of the international community to assist Lebanon and its people.
(أ) بالنظر إلى عواقب الصراع في لبنان وآثاره على السكان اللبنانيين ولا سيما في الجنوب، ينبغي للمجلس أن يشجع اتخاذ المبادرات ويدعو إلى حشد جهود المجتمع الدولي من أجل مساعدة لبنان وشعبه.
