٧ - لكل دولة طرف أن تنظر في كفالة عكس عبء الاثبات بالنسبة لشرعية مصدر من المتحصلات المشتبه في نشؤها عن الجريمة أو أي أموال اخرى عرضة للمصادرة ، بقدر ما يتفق هذا اﻹجراء مع مبادئ قانونها الداخلي ومع طبيعة اﻹجراءات القضائية وغيرها من اﻹجراءات .
