344. The nine preliminary conclusions by the Chairman of the Study Group, reformulated in the light of the discussions in the Study Group, are as follows:

The assignment of conference rooms, which is the responsibility of FIPOI alone, is carried out in the light of the discussions of the said Committee and with due regard for the order of priority laid down by the Swiss authorities and the order in which requests are received.
