OIOS believes that the pilot thematic evaluation on the theme of " Linkages between headquarters and field activities: a review of best practices for poverty eradication in the framework of the Millennium Declaration " was successful in providing a sound and useful system-wide assessment of an issue of relevance and significance to the United Nations.
