The last two years have been used to finalize the pilot phase at national level in 7 countries (Benin, Mali, Marocco, Senegal, Tunisia and Uganda) and at regional levels with 2 regions (Union du Maghreb Arab and the Permanent Inter Governmental Committee for Drought in Sahel).
