(أ) مواصلة تنفيذ المشروع التجريبي لمجلس استعراض منح العقود بغية استعراض الطعون المتصلة بالمشتريات المقدمة من الموردين الذين لم يحصلوا على عقد، وإجراء تقييمات إدارية فورية للقرارات الإدارية المطعون فيها لمعرفة ما إذا كانت تمتثل للأنظمة والقواعد والسياسات المعمول بها في المنظمة؛

(أ) الاستمرار في تنفيذ المشروع التجريبي لمجلس استعراض منح العقود بغية استعراض الطعون المتصلة بالشراء المقدمة من البائعين الذين لم يوفقوا في الحصول على عقد، وإجراء تقييمات إدارية فورية للقرارات الإدارية المعترض عليها لمعرفة ما إذا كانت تمتثل للأنظمة والقواعد والسياسات المعمول بها في المنظمة؛

(د) تنفيذ المشروع التجريبي لمجلس استعراض منح العقود من أجل استعراض الطعون المتصلة بالشراء المقدمة من البائعين الذين لم يوفقوا في الحصول على عقد؛ وإجراء تقييمات إدارية فورية للقرارات الإدارية المعترض عليها لتحديد ما إذا كانت تمتثل للأنظمة والقواعد والسياسات المعمول بها في المنظمة؛

The core functions of the Unit are to: (a) carry out timely management evaluations of non-disciplinary administrative decisions contested by staff members relating to their terms and conditions of appointment; (b) assist the Under-Secretary-General in providing timely and reasoned responses to management evaluation requests; and (c) assist the Under-Secretary-General in realizing managerial accountability.
وتضطلع الوحدة بالوظائف الأساسية التالية:(أ) إجراء تقييمات إدارية في أوانها للقرارات الإدارية غير التأديبية التي يطعن فيها الموظفون والتي تتعلق بالأحكام والشروط الناظمة لتعيينهم؛ (ب) مساعدة وكيل الأمين العام في تقديم ردود معلَّلة وفي أوانها لطلبات التقييم الإداري؛ (ج) مساعدة وكيل الأمين العام في تفعيل المساءلة الإدارية.

During the proposed budget period the Unit will conduct prompt management evaluations of contested administrative decisions to determine whether they comply with the Organization's applicable regulations, rules and policies, and to assist the Under-Secretary-General for Management to provide the individual requesting the review with a written, reasoned response regarding the outcome of the management evaluation.
326 - وخلال فترة الميزانية المقترحة، ستُجري الوحدة تقييمات إدارية فورية للقرارات الإدارية المطعون فيها لتحديد ما إذا كانت تلك القرارات تمتثل للأنظمة والقواعد والسياسات المعمول بها في المنظمة، ولمساعدة وكيل الأمين العام للشؤون الإدارية في تزويد كل من يطلب إجراء مراجعة بردّ مكتوب ومعلل فيما يتعلق بنتائج التقييم الإداري.
