The National Dialogue Conference was launched on 18 March 2013 by President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi.
وقد أطلق الرئيس عبد ربه منصور هادي مؤتمر الحوار الوطني في 18 آذار/مارس 2013.

They noted that the President of Yemen, Abdrabuh Mansour Hadi Mansour, had urged the Security Council not to hesitate to act firmly in order to stand up to anyone who might wish to undermine the political process.
وأشارا إلى أن الرئيس اليمني، عبد ربه منصور هادي منصور، حث مجلس الأمن ألا يتردد في التصرف بحزم من أجل الوقوف في وجه أي شخص تسول له نفسه تقويض العملية السياسية.

The Security Council supports President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi in his efforts to address the concerns of all parties within the framework of the National Dialogue Conference Outcomes, urging the Yemeni authorities to expedite the process of reforms, including Army and security sector reform.
ويؤيد مجلس الأمن الرئيس عبد ربه منصور هادي فيما يبذله من جهود لمعالجة شواغل جميع الأطراف ضمن إطار مخرجات مؤتمر الحوار الوطني، ويحث السلطات اليمنية على التعجيل بعملية الإصلاحات، بما فيها إصلاح الجيش والقطاع الأمني.
