Mr. de Maria y Campos said that it was very difficult to formulate industrial development strategies and policies without a macroeconomic and social environment that fostered stability, industrial development and growth in productive sectors, encouraged greater public and private investment, including foreign investment, and created well-paid jobs.
٦- وقال السيد دي ماريا إي كامبوس إنَّ من الصعب جدًّا أنْ تُصاغ استراتيجيات التنمية الصناعية وسياساتها دون وجود بيئة اقتصاد كلِّي وبيئة اجتماعية تعزِّزان الاستقرار والتنمية الصناعية والنمو في القطاعات الإنتاجية وتشجِّعان زيادة استثمارات القطاعين العام والخاص، بما في ذلك الاستثمار الأجنبي، وتهيِّئان فرص عمل مجزية.
