2. When in the course of a meeting of the SubCommission a proposal is made for new activities to be undertaken by the United Nations related to matters that are of direct concern to one or more specialized agencies, the SecretaryGeneral shall, after such consultation as may be possible with the representatives of the agencies concerned, draw the attention of the SubCommission to the implications of the proposal.
