Focal points and governmental experts were requested to inform the secretariat in a timely manner of their possible attendance to meetings of the Implementation Review Group, as well as the working groups on asset recovery and prevention, in order to organize and schedule meetings with the reviewing experts where requested by the State party under review.
54- كما طُلب إلى جهات الوصل والخبراء الحكوميين إبلاغ الأمانة في الوقت المناسب بحضورهم المحتمل لاجتماعات فريق استعراض التنفيذ والفريق العامل المعني باسترداد الموجودات والفريق العامل المعني بمنع الفساد، وذلك من أجل تنظيم الاجتماعات مع الخبراء القائمين بالاستعراض ووضع جدول زمني لها عندما تطلب ذلك الدولة الطرف المستعرَضة.

It was added that intergovernmental organizations had been allowed in the past to attend meetings of the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Technical Assistance established by the Conference of the States Parties, and that such a decision was in line with the general approach of the Convention, requesting that meetings of the Implementation Review Group should be inclusive and transparent.

He encouraged States parties to consider publishing their country review reports and the names of their focal points in order to allow the involvement of stakeholders, and he called for dialogue and political will to consider the participation of observers in the meetings of the Implementation Review Group.
وشجَّع المتكلِّمُ الدولَ الأطراف على النظر في نشر تقارير الاستعراض القُطرية وأسماء جهات الاتصال الخاصة بها للسماح بإشراك الجهات صاحبة المصلحة، ودعا إلى الحوار وإلى التحلي بالإرادة السياسية للنظر في مشاركة المراقبين في اجتماعات فريق استعراض التنفيذ.
