" 108. Calls upon all the members of the United Nations development system:

(iv) Encourage the implementation of joint programming among members of the United Nations development system through the use of core funds;

(viii) Ensure that the annual reports of the Resident Coordinators are accessible and made available in a timely manner to members of the United Nations development system, including to the extent possible reports on measurable benefits and the results of coordination;

Therefore, the General Assembly reiterated the need for the members of the United Nations development system to increase their institutional and organizational capacity for the evaluation of operational activities for development, including in training and skills-upgrading in results-based management and monitoring and evaluation.
وكررت لذلك الجمعية العامة تأكيدها على ضرورة قيام أعضاء جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي بزيادة القدرات المؤسسية والتنظيمية لتقييم الأنشطة التنفيذية من أجل التنمية، بما في ذلك التدريب ورفع مستوى المهارات في الإدارة القائمة على النتائج والرصد والتقييم.

(b) The ownership of the resident coordinator system by all members of the United Nations development system;

43. Calls upon the members of the United Nations development system to further intensify efforts to assist programme countries to strengthen their national evaluation capacities for the monitoring and evaluation of operational activities for development;

(a) Call upon members of the United Nations development system to support strengthened national ownership and leadership of evaluation of operational activities for development at the country level.
(أ)أن تطلب من أعضاء جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي أن يدعموا تعزيز الملكية والقيادة الوطنيتين لعملية تقييم الأنشطة التنفيذية المضطلع بها من أجل التنمية على الصعيد القطري.

103. Requests the members of the United Nations development system, upon the request of affected countries, to further delegate authority in the areas of programming and allocation of resources, as appropriate, to field representatives of United Nations entities in order to enable the respective entities to respond effectively and efficiently to national needs and priorities in countries in situations of transition from relief to development;
103 - تطلب إلى أعضاء جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي أن يواصلوا، بناء على طلب البلدان المتضررة، تفويض السلطات في مجالي البرمجة وتخصيص الموارد إلى ممثلي كيانات الأمم المتحدة العاملين في الميدان، حسب الاقتضاء، بهدف تمكين كل من الكيانات المعنية من تلبية احتياجات البلدان التي تمر بمرحلة الانتقال من الإغاثة إلى التنمية والوفاء بأولوياتها الوطنية على نحو فعال يتسم بالكفاءة؛

In this regard, the General Assembly may wish to request the members of the United Nations development system to take immediate steps to fully implement the management and accountability system to enable the Resident Coordinators to effectively and efficiently coordinate operational activities for development of the United Nations system in transition countries;
