Where a suspect has been held for more than six months following the date of his arrest, his detention may be renewed only at the order of the court considering the case, at the request of the examining magistrate, after the suspect's statements have been heard and the findings of the examination of the case taken into account. The court may order the detention renewed for not more than 30 days at a time (article 70).

132. “Persons who have served or who are serving a sentence for acts of insubordination or as draft—dodgers, committed on the grounds of religious or ideological beliefs, will be entitled, within a period of three months following the date of entry into force of this Law, to submit an application, with the supporting documents required by the Law, for unarmed military service or alternative civilian social service.
