The Assembly reaffirmed that no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights.
وأكدت الجمعية من جديد على أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام، تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى، بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية.

35. Article 19 of the Charter states that no State may use or encourage the use of coercive measures of an economic or political character in order to force the sovereign will of another State and obtain from it advantages of any kind.

Reaffirming the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, Resolution 2625 (XXV), annex. which states, inter alia, that no State may use or encourage the use of unilateral economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights,

Likewise, the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations points out that no State may use or encourage the use of unilateral economic, political or other measures for the purpose of exerting pressure on another State in order to ensure in that way the subjugation of the realization of its sovereign rights.
كذلك فإن إعلان مبادئ القانون الدولي المتصلة بالعلاقات الودية والتعاون بين الدول وفقا لميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة قد بيﱠن أنه لا يجوز ﻷية دولة استخدام التدابير الاقتصادية أو السياسية أو أي نوع آخر من التدابير، أو تشجيع استخدامها، ﻹكراه دولة أخرى، بهذه الطريقة، على النزول عن ممارسة حقوقها السيادية.
