On 8 November 2008, at 0915 hours, an enemy Israeli launch located 50 metres south of the line of buoys and 400 metres off the coast dumped an explosive charge into the water to keep away a Lebanese national swimming near the coast 100 metres north of the line of buoys.

On 31 March 2008, at 0415 hours, a vessel belonging to the Israeli enemy violated Lebanese territorial waters as far as approximately 300 metres north of the line of buoys for two minutes. It then left Lebanese regional waters.
