These capacities are of fundamental importance for us to be able to achieve in a comprehensive way the objectives of this Convention.
وتعد هذه القدرات ذات أهمية أساسية بالنسبة إلينا لكي نكون قادرين على إنجاز أهداف هذه الاتفاقية بشكل شامل.

The public which may participate shall be identified by the relevant public authority, taking into account the objectives of this Convention.

1. The Parties may establish partnerships to assist in the implementation of their commitments and achievement of the objectives of this Convention.
1 - يجوز للأطراف إنشاء شراكات للمساعدة في تنفيذ التزاماتها وتحقيق أهداف هذه الاتفاقية.

Apart from the Constitution, the objectives of this Convention are given effect in Singapore law through other legislative provisions, including the Women's Charter, the Employment Act and the Penal Code.
وبالإضافة إلى الدستور، يتم تنفيذ أهداف هذه الاتفاقية في قانون سنغافورة من خلال أحكام تشريعية أخرى، من بينها ميثاق المرأة، وقانون العمل والقانون الجنائي.

Once the Convention enters into effect, it will be understood that its provisions will become rules of international law and that all national, regional or international efforts will be judged in terms of their contribution to the objectives of this Convention.
وما أن تدخل هذه الاتفاقية حيّز التنفيذ سيكون مفهوماً أن أحكامها ستصبح قواعد للقانون الدولي، وأن جميع الجهود الوطنية أو اﻹقليمية أو الدولية سيحكم عليها في ضوء إسهامها في تحقيق أهداف هذه الاتفاقية.

1. The Parties to the Convention recognize that the collection and sharing of information is an important means of implementing the objectives of this Convention and of assuring that any actions that may be taken are appropriate and equitable.
1 - تدرك الأطراف في الاتفاقية أن جمع وتقاسم المعلومات وسيلة هامة من وسائل تحقيق أهداف هذه الاتفاقية وضمان ملاءمة وعدالة أية إجراءات قد تتخذ.

(e) Consider and undertake any additional action that may be required for the achievement of the objectives of this Convention[; and]
(ﻫ) بحث واتخاذ أي إجراءات إضافية يراها ضرورية لتحقيق أهداف هذه الاتفاقية [؛ و]

2. Each State Party shall also consider adopting appropriate legislative and administrative measures, consistent with the objectives of this Convention and in accordance with the fundamental principles of its domestic law, to prescribe criteria concerning candidature for and election to public office.
2- تنظر كل دولة طرف أيضا في اعتماد تدابير تشريعية وادارية مناسبة، بما يتوافق مع أهداف هذه الاتفاقية ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، لوضع معايير تتعلق بالترشيح للمناصب العمومية وانتخاب شاغليها.

3. Each State Party shall also consider taking appropriate legislative and administrative measures, consistent with the objectives of this Convention and in accordance with the fundamental principles of its domestic law, to enhance transparency in the funding of candidatures for elected public office and, where applicable, the funding of political parties.
3- تنظر كل دولة طرف أيضا في اتخاذ التدابير التشريعية والادارية المناسبة، بما يتسق مع أهداف هذه الاتفاقية ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، لتعزيز الشفافية في تمويل الترشيحات لانتخاب شاغلي المناصب العمومية وفي تمويل الأحزاب السياسية، حيثما انطبق الحال.

2. 3- تنظر كل دولة طرف أيضا في اتخاذ التدابير التشريعية والإدارية المناسبة، بما يتسق مع أهداف هذه الاتفاقية ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، لتعزيز الشفافية في تمويل الترشيحات لانتخاب شاغلي المناصب العمومية وفي تمويل الأحزاب السياسية، حيثما انطبق الحال.

Contributions from other sources[, including the private sector,] are encouraged. [Contributions from industry through approaches such as cost-recovery schemes and business development could play a key role in the achievement of the objectives of this Convention and should be promoted by the Parties.]

With the existing DDO affording protection against discrimination on the ground of disability, and the Mental Health Ordinance (Cap. 136) safeguarding the rights of mental patients, the HKSAR has been well positioned to meet the objectives of this Convention.
وفي ظل القانون المتعلق بالتمييز ضد الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الذي يكفل الحماية من التمييز بسبب الإعاقة، وقانون الصحة العقلية (الفصل 136) الذي يحمي حقوق الأشخاص المصابين بأمراض عقلية، تتخذ منطقة هونغ كونغ الإدارية الخاصة وضعاً يمكنها من تحقيق أهداف هذه الاتفاقية.

(d) To encourage and persuade other States and financial institutions as appropriate to join them in efforts in accordance with this article, in particular by providing more training programmes and modern equipment to developing countries in order to assist them in achieving the objectives of this Convention.
(د) تشجيع سائر الدول والمؤسسات المالية، حسب الاقتضاء، على الانضمام إليها في الجهود المبذولة وفقا لهذه المادة وإقناعها بذلك، وخصوصا بتوفير المزيد من برامج التدريب والمعدات الحديثة للبلدان النامية لمساعدتها على تحقيق أهداف هذه الاتفاقية.

(d) To encourage and persuade other States and financial institutions as appropriate to join them in efforts in accordance with this article, in particular by providing more training programmes and modern equipment to developing countries in order to assist them in achieving the objectives of this Convention.
(د) تشجيع سائر الدول والمؤسسات المالية، حسب الاقتضاء، على الانضمام إليها في الجهود المبذولة وفقا لهذه المادة وإقناعها بذلك، خصوصا بتوفير المزيد من برامج التدريب والمعدات الحديثة للبلدان النامية بغية مساعدتها على تحقيق أهداف هذه الاتفاقية.
