Under the approved special arrangements, appropriations required in respect of obligations owed to Governments providing contingents and/or logistic support to UNTAG shall be retained beyond the period stipulated under financial regulations 4.3 and 4.4, as follows:
٣٣ - وفي إطار الترتيبات الخاصة المعتمدة، يحتفظ بالاعتمادات اللازمة لتسديد الالتزامات المستحقة للحكومات التي تقدم وحدات و/أو التي تقدم الدعم السوقي لفريق اﻷمم المتحدة للمساعدة في فترة الانتقال الى ما بعد الفترة المنصوص عليها في البندين ٤-٣ و ٤-٤ من النظام المالي، على النحو التالي:

New regulation standardizing the ad hoc but common practice whereby the General Assembly approves special arrangements in respect of the applicability of new regulations 5.3 and 5.4 to obligations owed to Governments providing troops, formed police units, etc., to peacekeeping operations.
