2 - إذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على هذه الأغلبية أقل من عدد المناصب المراد ملؤها، تجرى اقتراعات إضافية لملء المناصب المتبقية، على أن يقتصر التصويت على المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع السابق بحيث لا يزيد عددهم عن ضعف عدد المناصب التي لا يزال يتعين ملؤها.
