(c) Promote and facilitate, within the courts and all administrative bodies, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention.
(ج) وأن تشجع وتيسِّر، داخل المحاكم وجميع الهيئات الإدارية، احترام آراء الأطفال وإشراكهم في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم، وفقاً لأحكام المادة 12 من الاتفاقية.

(a) Continue to promote and facilitate, within the family, the school, institutions, the courts, and administrative bodies, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention;

(a) Continue to promote and facilitate within the family, the school, institutions, the courts and administrative bodies respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention;
(أ) القيام، داخل الأسرة والمدرسة والمؤسسات والمحاكم والهيئات الادارية، بتعزيز وتيسير احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع المسائل التي تهمّهم، وذلك وفقا للمادة 12 من الاتفاقية؛

539. The Committee recommends that the State party continue to promote and facilitate, within the family, schools, institutions, as well as in judicial and administrative procedures, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention.

916. In the light of article 12 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party continue to promote and facilitate, within the family, schools and other institutions, in courts and communities, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them.

38. The Committee recommends that the State party establish effective consultative mechanisms in mainland China, Hong Kong, China and Macao, China to ensure respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, including in the development of policymaking, court decisions and programme implementation.
38- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإنشاء آليات تشاورية فعالة في الصين القارية وهونغ كونغ الصينية وماكاو الصينية لضمان احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع الأمور التي تؤثر في حياتهم، بما في ذلك وضع السياسات وقرارات المحاكم وتنفيذ البرامج.

The Committee recommends that the State party further promote, facilitate and implement in practice, within the family, schools, the community level, in institutions as well as in judicial and administrative procedures, the principle of respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them.
26- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تواصل تعزيز وتيسير وإعمال مبدأ احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع المسائل التي تعنيهم في واقع الممارسة، داخل الأسرة والمدرسة وعلى صعيد المجتمع المحلي وفي المؤسسات، وكذا في إطار الإجراءات القضائية والإدارية.

27. In view of its general comment No. 12 (2009) on the right of the child to be heard, the Committee recommends that the State party continues to promote and facilitate, within the family, schools and institutions, and in judicial and administrative procedures, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them.

(أ) تشجيع وتيسير احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع المشاكل التي تمسهم، داخل الأسرة والمدرسة والمحاكم وفي الهيئات الإدارية، وذلك باعتماد تشريع وفقاً لأعمارهم ومدى نضجهم، وفي ضوء أحكام المادة 12 من الاتفاقية؛

(a) Promote and facilitate, within the family, the schools, the courts and administrative bodies, inter alia, through the adoption of legislation, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, in accordance with their age and maturity;
(أ) أن تعزز وتيسّر احترام آراء الأطفال وإشراكهم في جميع المسائل التي تمسّهم داخل الأسرة وفي المدرسة والمحاكم والهيئات الإدارية، وفقاً لسنّهم ودرجة نضجهم، وذلك بوسائل منها اعتماد تشريعات جديدة؛

(a) Continue to promote and facilitate, within the family, the school, institutions, the courts, including rabbinical courts, and administrative bodies (i.e. decision and placement committees), respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention;
(أ) أن تواصل العمل، داخل الأسرة والمدرسة والمؤسسات والمحاكم، بما فيها المحاكم الحاخامية والهيئات الإدارية (أي اللجان التي تبت في تبني الأطفال وحضانتهم)، على احترام آراء الأطفال وإشراكهم في جميع المسائل التي تمسهم، وفقاً لإحكام المادة 12 من الاتفاقية؛
