In that regard, the Commission took note of the measures and procedures established by the Secretary-General for the classification and secure handling of confidential data and information entrusted to the Authority;

2. The Commission shall recommend to the Council, for approval, procedures on the handling of confidential data and information coming to the knowledge of members of the Commission by reason of their duties for the Commission.
