Since becoming a member of the Council, it has also sponsored the resolution on the protection of cultural rights and property in situations of armed conflict, which was also adopted by consensus.
ومنذ انضمام أذربيجان إلى عضوية المجلس قامت أيضاً باقتراح القرار المتعلق بحماية الحقوق والملكية الثقافية في حالات النزاع المسلح والذي اعتُمد كذلك بتوافق الآراء.

Azerbaijan initiated adoption of the resolutions on " Protection of cultural rights and property in situations of armed conflict " and " Missing persons " , which received unanimous support of the Council at its sixth and seventh sessions, respectively.
وبناء على مبادرة أذربيجان اعتمد المجلس قراري " حماية الحقوق والملكية الثقافية في حالات النزاع المسلح " و " المفقودين " ، اللذين أيدهما المجلس بالإجماع على التوالي في دورتَيه السادسة والسابعة.

(h) During the sixth session of the Human Rights Council, Azerbaijan initiated the adoption of the resolution on the Protection of cultural rights and property in situations of armed conflict, which received the unanimous support of the Council;
(ح) خلال الدورة السادسة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان، وبناءً على مبادرة أذربيجان، اعتمد المجلس القرار بشأن حماية الحقوق والملكية الثقافية في حالات النزاع المسلح الذي أيّده المجلس بالإجماع؛

5. Urges States and encourages intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations to take all necessary measures at the national, regional and international levels to address the issue of protection of cultural rights and property during armed conflicts, paying particular attention to the situation in occupied territories, and to provide appropriate assistance as requested by the concerned States;
5- يحث الدول ويشجع المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية على اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة على الصعيد الوطني والإقليمي والدولي من أجل معالجة مسألة حماية الحقوق والملكية الثقافية أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص للحالة السائدة في الأراضي الخاضعة للاحتلال، وتقديم المساعدة الملائمة على نحو ما تطلبه الدول المعنية؛

5.
