In keeping with the methodology outlined in its previous report, the Commission has continued its systematic and standard-based approach to the investigation of the killing of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri and 22 others (Hariri investigation) and its provision of technical assistance to the Lebanese authorities in their investigation of the 14 other cases.
