65. The Sub-Commission, in its resolution 1999/8, decided to appoint Mr. Joseph OlokaOnyango and Ms. Deepika Udagama as Special Rapporteurs with the task of preparing a study on the issue of globalization and its impact on the full enjoyment of all human rights.

1. By decision 2000/102, the Commission on Human Rights decided to approve the nomination of Mr. J. Oloka-Onyango and Ms. Deepika Udagama as Special Rapporteurs to undertake a study on the issue of globalization and its impact on the full enjoyment of all human rights, paying specific attention to the recommendations made by the Sub-Commission and the Commission as to refining the focus and methods of the study.

Decides, in response to the request from the Commission, and since this subject requires careful and comprehensive inquiry, to appoint Mr. Oloka-Onyango and Ms. Udagama as Special Rapporteurs with the task of preparing a study on the issue of globalization and its impact on the full enjoyment of all human rights, and requests the Special Rapporteurs to submit a preliminary report to the Sub-Commission at its fifty-second session;
3- تقرر، استجابة للطلب المقدم من لجنة حقوق الإنسان، ونظراً لما يتطلبه هذا الموضوع من تحرٍّ متأنٍ وشامل، تعيين السيد أولوكا-أونيانغو والسيدة أوداغاما مقررَين خاصَين مكلفين بإعداد دراسة عن مسألة العولمة وما لها من أثر على التمتع الكامل بجميع حقوق الإنسان، وتطلب الى المقررين الخاصين أن يقدما تقريراً أولياً الى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها الثانية والخمسين؛

The SubCommission decided, in response to the request from the Commission, and since this subject required careful and comprehensive inquiry, to appoint Mr. OlokaOnyango and Ms. Udagama as Special Rapporteurs with the task of preparing a study on the issue of globalization and its impact on the full enjoyment of all human rights, and requested the Special Rapporteurs to submit a preliminary report to the SubCommission at its fiftysecond session.
