وشجعت الجمعية في قرارها الثاني الأمين العام على مواصلة تحسين قدرة المنظمة في مجال الاستجابة بفعالية لطلبات الدول الأعضاء من خلال تقديم دعم مترابط وكاف للجهود التي تبذلها هذه الدول بغية تحقيق هدفي الحكم الرشيد وإرساء الديمقراطية.

The present report is submitted in compliance with General Assembly resolution 58/13, by which the Assembly encouraged the Secretary-General to continue to improve the capacity of the Organization to respond effectively to the requests of Member States by providing coherent and adequate support for their efforts to achieve the goals of good governance and democratization.

By its resolution 58/13 of 24 November 2003, the Assembly encouraged me to continue to improve the capacity of the Organization to respond effectively to the requests of Member States by providing coherent and adequate support for their efforts to achieve the goals of good governance and democratization.
