    120.     121. However, as indicated in paragraph 61 of the report, the criteria and authority for the payment of honorariums to members of organs and subsidiary organs rests solely with the legislative authority of the General Assembly.     3. It should also be noted that subsequently the General Assembly decided that the same rates of honorariums should be applied to two other subsidiary organs on an exceptional basis. UN ٣ - وتنبغي اﻹشارة إيضا إلى أن الجمعية العامة قررت في وقت لاحق أن تطبق معدلات اﻷتعاب نفسها على هيئتين فرعيتين آخريين، على أساس استثنائي.
    6. In the fall of 1989, the Legal Counsel received a communication from the President of the United Nations Administrative Tribunal proposing increases in the rates of honorariums for the President and members of the Tribunal. UN ٦ - وفي خريف عام ١٩٨٩، تلقﱠى المستشار القانوني رسالة من رئيس المحكمة اﻹدارية لﻷمم المتحدة يقترح فيها إجراء زيادات في معدلات اﻷتعاب التي تصرف لرئيس المحكمة وﻷعضائها.
